Mrs. Vernon O. Chapman Boydston, 91 of Huntsville (formally a longtime resident of Ider, AL) passed away on April 13, 2015 surrounded by family. She was a member of Macedonia Primitive Baptist Church in Ider, AL.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Willard Boydston, daughter Gail Boydston Glass, grandson, Bucky Lee Pounds, parents John and Ellie Rogers Chapman, brothers Leon Chapman and John Chapman Jr and sisters Jewell Chapman York and Betty June Chapman.
Visitation will be Saturday at 12 pm (noon) to 3 pm with the funeral following at 3 pm CST at Corner Stone Funeral Home Chapel in Ider, AL. Burial will be at Fuller Cemetery.
