PASSES AWAY AT HOSPITAL
MRS. ROSIA MOSS SUCCUMBS; FUNERAL SERVICES FRIDAY AFTERNOON
Culminating an illness of long standing Mrs. Rosia A. Moss, 73, died at 6:10 a.m. today in St. Mary's hospital where she had been a patient the past four months. The family home is located at 112 Bronson street.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday from the Elias funeral home, where friends may call after 4 p.m. Thursday until the hour of services. Interment will be in Phillips cemetery.
The daughter of George and Emma (Robinson) Miller, she was born March 24, 1881, at Wenona, residing in Streator since 1901. She was married to Phillip A. Moss Aug. 28, 1901, in Lacon. Mrs. Moss was a member of the Woman's Benefit Association and the Maccabees.
She is survived by her husband, four children, George of Streator, Wallace of Ottawa, Miss Jessie Moss at home, and Mrs. Edwin (Lucille) Sauer, Streator. There are three grandchildren. Also left are a brother and a sister, A.G. Miller of Harvey and Mrs. Jessie Cook, Adrian, Mich.
A brother, Henry Miller of Wenona is deceased.

MOSS FUNERAL IS CONDUCTED
Funeral services for Mrs. Rosia H. Moss, who passed away Wednesday morning at St. Mary's hospital were held at 2 p.m. Friday from the Elias funeral home. Dr. E.W. Smith of Park Presbyterian church officiated. Chester and William J. Elias sang two selections, accompanied at the organ by Mrs. James Shannon.
Pallbearers were Archie Johnson, Arland Carr, Francis Miller, Earl Bentley, Russell Johnson and William Bedei. In charge of the flowers were Esther Watson, Genevieve Emm and Laura Bruck. Burial was in Phillips cemetery.
Among those in attendence were Mr. and Mrs. A. G. Miller of Harvey; Mrs. Jessie Cook, Adrian, Mich.. in addition to others from Wenona, Rutland, Toluca, Magnolia and the surrounding area.
