Survivors: daughters, Linda Wright (Leroy), Betty Martin (Quincy), Mary Wade (Leroy), and Deborah Edwards; brother, Pete Hudson; sisters, Alice Cutter and Carrilee Williams; 8 grandchildren and 8 great-great grandchildren.
Memorial services for Ms. Velma Edwards will be held 11:00 a.m., Saturday, April 25, 2015 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness, 2015 Mills B. Lane.
Interment: Friendship Memorial Cemetery.
