He is survived by his wife, Anna Downey, and the following children: James Downey, Raleigh Downey, Douglas Wayne Downey, Angela Downey, Vanda Downey, Rhonda Hollin, Janet Philpot, Betty Sharon Collins, and Norma Lee Downey, all of Horse Creek, Lynn Downey, Chop Bottom, Larry Glenn Downey, Lexington, KY, John Downey, Tyner, KY, Johnny Downey, Sandusky, OH.
He is also survived by these sisters and brother: Herllus Downey, Horse Creek, Georgia Parks, Cincinnati, OH, and Orita Jones, Richmond, IN.
He is also survived by 25 grandchildren and 17 great grand children.
