Mary Ann Elizabeth leonard, the daughter of Peter and Susannah Conrad Leonard, born 26 Dec. 1853 and died 1930. She married George Washington Conrad in 1873 and he built a small home for them on what is now Ridge Road. He later built a large, 2-story home to replace it. They had 9 children (the oldest being Cora Belle), but the youngest, Hazel Naomi, died at birth in 1896.

Luella Conrad was George's daughter from a previous relationship.

Mary died at home in 1930 and George W. lived in the home of one of his children for the last 5 or 6 months of his life. He died in 1931.
