Gladys Mason, 83, of Hazel Green, died Friday, January 27, 1989, in the Humana Hospital in Huntsville.
Funeral services were conducted Sunday in the chapel of the Gallant Funeral Home in Hazel Green with the Rev. John F. Lindsey officiating. Burial followed in the State Line Cemetery in Madison County, Ala.
A native of Madison County, she was the daughter of the late Andrew Jack and Addie McKee Mason, a retired seamstress with Serbin Corp. in Fayetteville and a member of the pastor's Sunday school class at the Jackson Way Baptist Church in Huntsville.
She is survived by two sisters, Sally Ethridge and Effie Yell, both of Hazel Green.
