Janice Ward, 63, of Louisville passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 17, 2015 at the Hosparus Inpatient Care Center. She was born December 17, 1951 in Louisville, a daughter of the late John G. McCullum and Rosalyn Buckman McCullum.
She is survived by her children, Missy Ammerman (Aaron) of Lexington, Erik Ward of Bloomington, IN and Erin Ward of Suwanee, GA and; one grandson, Isaac Ammerman and three sisters, Marilyn Sheldon, Brenda Hall and Cathy Atcher.
Her funeral services will be held at 6 p.m. Wednesday, May 20, 2015. Visitation will be prior, starting at 3 p.m. until time of service on Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be private at Resthaven Memorial Park.
