Nichols, IA April 17, Mrs Augusta Hintz, 75 a native of Germany but a resident of this city for many years, died at her home here Saturday mourning after an illness of more than four months. Surviving are one son and four daughters. They are; Mrs Albert Quimby, and Mrs Albert Bottomley of Nichols, Mrs Ella Boggs of Oelwein; Mrs Jodie Heath of West Liberty, and Mattie and John at home. The funeral will be held Monday afternoon from the Methodist church with burial in the local cemetery.
