She was born June 16, 1911 at Ipava, a daughter of Marshall and Alice LaRue Howell. She married Ruben D. Grafmyer on May 18, 1943 at Champaign.
He survives. Also surviving are a son, Donald E. Grafmyer of Champaign, a brother, Phillip Marshall Howell of Ipava; and two sisters, Lela Alice Porter of Ipava and Margaret Louise Prickett of Albuquerque, New Mexico.
She was preced in death by her parents, a brother and a sister.
She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Ipava. She had graduated from Knox Business College.
Services were held June 14 at Heath & Sons Funeral Home with burial in Grandview Memorial Gardens,
Champaign.
