She was born October 30, 1905, in Hika, Wis., a daughter of the late George and Emma Sachse Reinemann.
On February 18, 1925, she married Frank Kautzer in Hika. He preceded her in death on April 9, 1957.
Elva was a member of Immanuel Ev. Lutheran Church.
She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Gloria Meyer; a son, Donald (Betsy) Kautzer, both of Sheboygan; three grandchildren, Nancy, Tom and Bonnie; two great-grandchildren; a step-great-grandchild; a brother, William (Arlene) Reinemann, of Cleveland, Wis.; and three sisters, Mrs. Anita Anger, of Sheboygan; Mrs. Alma Langenhahn and Mrs. Ruth (Math) Schwartz, both of Sheboygan.
She was also preceded in death by a grandson, Kim; two brothers and a son-in-law, Donald
Meyer.
The funeral service for Elva A. Kautzer will be held at 1 1 a.m., Friday, March 20, at Lippert Funeral Home, 1132 Superior Ave., with the Rev. Steven Thomas, pastor of Immanuel Ev. Lutheran Church, officiating. Interment will be in Lutheran Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home, on Thursday (TODAY), from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. and, on Friday, from 9 a.m., until the time of services. ; A memorial fund has been established in her name.
