Mrs. Julia Jacoboski, 87, of 1010-18th St., Two Rivers, died early
Sunday evening at Family Heritage Nursing Home, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be at 9 a.m. Wednesday at Deja and Martin
Funeral Chapels and 9:30 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Two
Rivers. The Rev. James Stamborski will officiate and burial will be
in Calvary Cemetery, Two Rivers.
Mrs. Jacoboski, nee Julia Washowiak, was born Jan 1, 1888, at Edgar,
Wis., daughter of the late John and Antonia Borucki Washowiak. As a
young woman she moved to the Manitowoc and Two Rivers area. She was
married to John P. Jacoboski in December of 1917. He preceded her in
death in July of 1955. She was a member of Gold Star Mothers and VFW
Auxiliary 1248 of Two Rivers.
Survivors include a son-in-law, and daughter, Gerald and Eunice
Kaminsky, and two grandchildren (private), of Two Rivers. A son,
Kenneth, was killed in action in the Navy in World War II. Two
brothers and two sisters also preceded her in death.
Friends may call at Deja and Martin Funeral Chapels from 6 to 9 p.m.
Tuesday. The VFW Auxiliary will meet in a body at 7 p.m. and a memorial
service will be at 7:30 p.m.
