He departed this life September 20, 1956, at the age of 75 years, 8 months and 11 days.On March 9, 1900, he was united in marriage with May Shelly. To this union were born four sons: JamesThomas of Terlton; Robert Lee of Terlton; Bruce Victor of Mannford; and Leonard Calvin, who passed away in 1931.Also surviving is one brother, Jack Devine of Westville, and five grandchildren.Mr Devine came to Oklahoma when he was about one year old and moved to Terlton in 1930.He was baptized into the Baptist church in 1902.Funeral services were held on Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the First Baptist church in Terlton, with the Rev Glen Yost officiating.Interment was in the Terlton cemetery with the Chapman Funeral Home in charge.
