Carmel Leperi Laudano, 101, of East Haven, died peacefully at Connecticut Hospice with her family by her side. She was the wife of the late Alphonse Laudano. She leaves two daughters and was precedeased by two infant sons and granddaughter Gabrielle Fortin. Sister of the late Louise Coppola, Nicoletta Crocce, Josephine Francesconi, Frances Mento, Angelo, Anthony and James Leperi. She also leaves a granddaughter, a grandson abd a great grandson. She is also survived by her special nephew, her special companion, her special friend, and many nieces and nephews. Carmel was born to the late Frank and Fedele DiCicco Leperi. She loved the New York Yankees, especially Derek Jeter.
