Loretta (Simpson) Dobbs was born to Leland (Shorty) Simpson and Opal (Skaggs) Simpson on September 19th, 1933 in Hartshorne, Oklahoma and departed this life on July 15th, 2015 at her home in LeFlore, Oklahoma with friends and family present. Loretta married Oran Eugene Dobbs on March 4, 1950 in Van Buran, Arkansas. She became a Baptist in Lamont, California by Reverend Oran Dobbs Sr. shortly after her and Gene were married. Loretta was a beautician and school bus driver for LeFlore Public Schools for many years. She loved people, especially the children. They were all hers and she loved them all the same. She enjoyed sewing, cooking and fishing. She always loved family gatherings. She cooked big delicious meals and loved to see her family enjoy the food. She will be missed by so many, her passing will leave a huge void in so many lives. Loretta was preceded in death by parents and spouse Oran Eugene Dobbs.
