OBITUARY :
MRS. MARTHA VIRGINIA HARPER died at her home at Mercersburg yesterday evening at 5:00 o'clock of complications, aged 83 years, four months and four days.
She is survived by her husband Richard M. Harper; also the following half-brothers: Charles Boyer, Spielman; Isaac, this city; Thomas, of Bakerton, W.Va.; half-sisters, Mrs. Mollie Heck, this city; Mrs. Nannie Whittington, Roanoke, Va.; Mrs. Etta Brashear, Summerset, Pa.
Funeral Sunday, leaving the house at 1:30 o'clock, services at the Lutheran Church, with Rev. Wilson L. Remsburg officiating. Interment in Bakersville Cemetery. Her six nephews will act as pallbearers.
