Jerry W. Allred, a retired employee of General Dynamics, now Lockheed Fort Worth, died Sept. 3 at Fort Worth hospital after a heart attack. He was 65.

Funeral services were Sept. 7 at Shannon TCU Funeral Chapel. Graveside service was in Indian Gap Cemetery.

Mr. Allred was born in Oklahoma and moved to Fort Worth in 1944. He was supervisor of travel services at GD before retirement in 1987.

He was a member of University Baptist Church, General Dynamics Retirement Club and Squaw Creek Gold Club.

Survivors are his wife, Edie Allred of Benbrook; a son, J. Kent Allred of Hurst; two brothers, Jack Allred of Fort Worth and Sam Allred of Corpus Christi; two sisters, Freida Fuller and Tommie Johnson, both of Fort Worth;
and Dale and Sue Harris of Robinson, Lorene Harris of Bellmead and Lillian Bilton, Martha and Robert Williams and Mary Mayfield, all of Hamilton.
