Joseph was killed in the Scofield coal mines but not in the great disaster of 1900. As his tombstone reads, he died in 1901. I thought it nice to include him here, after all he is equal in death and cause. But no, he can't be counted. Odd isn't it? Interesting, I didn't notice this when I took the pictures. Only when I went to reconcile his name with the known lists of deceased did I notice the date. Rest in peace Joesph Parrish.
