Betty was a kind, caring person who was artistic, an avid baker and enthusiastic craftsperson. She enjoyed knitting and would frequently knit sweaters, scarves, dolls and stuffed animals for her family. Betty worked for restaurants and bakeries as a server and cook for many years and as a CNA.
She is survived by her husband, Robert E. Davis of Tilton, NH, daughter Cheryl A. Marsolais and son-in-law Timothy Marsolais of Dover, NH, son Robert E. Davis, Jr of Rochester, NH daughter Diane M. Cook of Brentwood, NH, 6 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister, Myrtle R. Goodnow of Portland, ME, brother Bruce W. Bosselman and brother-in-law Kevin Henkel of Waynesboro, VA.
She is preceded in death by her brother, Clifford W. Bosselman and her granddaughter Sandra Davis.
The family will receive friends at her brother and brother-in-law's residence on Wednesday, August 5, 2015, 6-8PM; 1001 White Oak Rd, Waynesboro, VA. Burial will follow at a later date at Vine Lake Cemetery Medfield, MA. Donations may be made in Betty's memory to the American Cancer Society.
