Parents of "Teresa" are John Baptiste and Mary Grace nee Pisano-Glionna. Here parents are from Salemo, Salerno, Campania, Italy.
Teresa married Rocco Vincenzo Romanelli 26 Nov 1884 in Manhattan, New York. Shortly afterwards they moved to Philadelphia, Pa were Rocco worked as a stone mason. Their two daughters; Mary Carmela, Mary Grace and son Rocco were born in Philadelphia.
On 22 Aug 1888 Rocco Romanelli was murder by 3 brothers that believed that Rocco turned informant against them to stone mason's society for taking wages below the fixed schedule rate. Rocco died at Pa Hospital leaving a wife, 2 daughters & son. His infant son died mysteriously after Rocco death. . Teresa fearing for herself and her children safety decide to flee to Canada.
Mary Teresa died in 1955. Teresa daughters , Mary Carmela and Mary Grace remained in Canada.
Mary Carmela became a nun at the age of 16 yrs old . She died 1968 in London, Canada. Her last words spoken to her fellow sisters were, "Why did they kill my father!"
Mary Grace remain by her mother side until Teresa died.
