Joseph R. Kleinhans 5513 Oakwood Road, Brillion Age 63, died unexpectedly on Wednesday, August 23, 2000, at St. Vincent Hospital in Green Bay.
He was born December 19, 1936 in St. Nazianz, Wisconsin, son of the late Nicholas and Julia (Muellenbach) Kleinhans. On July 1, 1967, he married Gloriann Wink at St. Nazianz.
Mr. Kleinhans served in the U.S. Navy and later worked at the Brillion Iron Works for 44 years until retiring in 1998.
He enjoyed fishing, hunting, gardening, and walking in the woods.

Survivors include his wife, Gloriann; a daughter, Jennifer, at home; three brothers and two sisters-in-law, Glenroy and Donna Kleinhans, Kiel; Wilfred Kleinhans, Osman; Lloyd and Parti Kleinhans, Pearson, and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, August 25, at 6 p.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church in Brillion. The Reverend Tom Long will officiate. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Friends may call at St. Mary Church in Brillion on Friday from 3 p.m. until the time of Mass. The Wieting Funeral Home, Brillion, is assisting the family with arrangements.
