Conrad Wonder, 79, a resident of this city for many years, and a well-known sign painter and decorator, died at his home, S. Columbus Ave. Thursday afternoon. He had done a great deal of decorating work years ago in this area, including the decorating of the old passenger steamers Chippewa and Arrow.

Survivors include two sons, E. C. Wonder, Sandusky, and L. F. Wonder, Elyria; two daughters, Mrs. Edwin Bartels and Mrs. Thelma Triplett, Sandusky; one brother, Fred Wonder, Sandusky, and five sisters, Mrs. Adam Lieb, Mrs. Casper Lieb, Mrs. Florian Perla, Mrs. John Schlett and Mrs. Carl Nutski, all of Sandusky, and 11 grandchildren.

The body is at the Lutz Funeral Home, where friends may call after 7 p.m. today, and where services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, the Rev. A. Griffith, officiating. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery.
