JOSEPHINE ZIARNIK
(1898 - 1962)

Mrs. Felix Ziarnik, 63, of 1230 S. 20th St., Manitowoc; died Tuesday noon at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc, following a brief illness.

Funeral services will be at 9 a.m. Friday at Leschke-Bergner Funeral Home, Manitowoc, and at 9:30 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church, Manitowoc, the Rt. Rev. Msgr. John S. Landowski officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Mrs. Ziarnik was born Josephine Napiecinski on July 4, 1898, at Two Rivers, daughter of the late Frank and Mary Andrastek Napiecinski. She was married to Felix Ziarnik on April 24, 1917, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Two Rivers. She was a member of St. Mary Rosary Society and Catholic Woman's Club.

Survivors include her husband, two sons, Edwin and Leroy of Manitowoc; a daughter, Mrs. William Wilkie and a brother, E.A. Napp of Manitowoc; five sisters, Mrs. Angeline Gast of Genoa City, Mrs. Carvel Lawder of Milwaukee, Mrs. Jack Nash of Wattwatosa, Mrs. Gerald Link of Hinsdale, Ill., and Mrs. Lee Sousa of Tahoe Valley, Calif., and 10 grandchildren.

Friends may call after 2 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home where the Rosary will be recited at 2:30 p.m. by the Rosary Society of St. Mary Church and at 8:30 p.m. by the parish.

Notes from Two Rivers
Miss Josephine Napieczinski of the Town of Two Rivers and Mr. Felix Ziarnik of Manitowoc were married at Sacred Heart Church in this city last Tuesday morning.
The couple will reside at Manitowoc where the groom is employed.
