Cicely L. Kimmell, 88, Oakland, died Saturday, Jan. 10, 1998, at the Cuppett-Weeks Nursing Home, Oakland.

Born Jan. 28, 1909 in Garrett County, she was the daughter of the late Ernest G. and Margaret (Lee) Burgess. She was also preceded in death by two husbands, Howard R. Biggs, in 1961, and Harry Kimmell, in 1974.

She was a retired practical nurse and a member of the Fairview Church of the Brethren.

Survivors include one daughter, Mary L. Moon, Crumpton; one son Russell E. Biggs, Baltimore; five grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.

Friends were received at the Durst Funeral Home, Oakland. A service was conducted at the Fairview Church of the Brethren on Tuesday, Jan. 13, with the Rev. David Moon and the Rev. Elmer Cosner officiating. Interment was in the Fairview Cemetery.
