"LOCKPORT, Feb. 24 — The Rev. Foster Russell, rector of Grace Episcopal Church, officiated at services held this afternoon at the Prudden Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., for Mrs. Wilhelmina H. Gooding, 92, who died Monday, her birthday, in Lockport City Hospital. Burial was in Cold Spring Cemetery.
Mrs. Gooding was the widow of George S. Gooding, president of the Niagara Printing Co. Her husband died in 1942. She was born in Geneva, Feb. 22, 1862, daughter of
Sanford and Harriet Featherly Davenport. She came to Lockport after her marriage to Mr. Gooding in 1884. Surviving are four sons, Sanford S., George D., both of Lockport; Faber of Olcott and LeRoy of Pensacola, Fla." i
