She was born on February 21, 1947 in Tyler, Texas to Roy L. Burks who preceded her in death.
Sherian was a graduate of Chapel Hill High School. She was a beloved wife and mother. She was married to Frank Cowan from 1965 to 1974. She married James Biggs on April 1, 1994.
Sherian is survived by her husband, James Biggs of Chandler, daughter Amanda Cowan, son Cody Cowan of Tyler, a brother Lee Burks of Corona, CA, and two grandchildren, Grant Cowan and Sara Roberts, and preceded in death by her son John Frank Cowan, Jr.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Midway Memorial Cemetery Association, 603 Circle Drive, Bullard, TX 75757.
