Mt. Wolf, March 18. --- Alfred Kohr, a resident of this place, died last evening at 11:45 o'clock. He was 58 years old. The deceased was born near Mt. Wolf, the son of the late John M. Kohr and Eliza Craley Kohr. Mr. Kohr was a foreman at the plant of the American Wire Fabrics Company, having been employed by that concern for 40 years. He was a member of the Mt. Wolf United Brethren Congregation and president of the Beneficial Association of the American Wire Fabrics Company. He was affiliated with the Odd Fellows Lodge and the Eagle Fire Company.

Surviving are his wife, Bertha Lehman Kohr, and the following children: Mrs. Lawrence Miller, York; Raymond J. Kohr, Philadelphia; Mrs. Ralph Schaffner, Mt. Wolf; Mrs. Robert Henry, Portsmouth, Va.; Richard Kohr, at home; Private Luther Kohr, Maxwell Field, Montgomery, Alabama, and these brothers and sisters, Harry Kohr, York; G. I. Kohr, North York; Charles Kohr, Sylvester Kohr, John M. Kohr and Paul Kohr, Mt. Wolf; Jesse Kohr, York R. D. 5, Christopher Kohr, Saginaw; Lewis Kohr, Cly and Mrs. Fred Murphy, near here.

Funeral services will be conducted from his home Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock, with interment in the Lutheran Cemetery, Manchester. A. H. Diehl and Son, Mt. Wolf, are in charge of arrangements.
