Charles Feast, son of Charles B. Feast married Clara A. Hankins. In a article published on his father's death of 25 Dec 1886, it stated that he was three weeks old, making his birth month of December. In Amos Hankins Bible Records it lists Charles Feast death as 28 Jun 1887 but does not say where. In order to establish this fact, Clara probably was living in Kansas with her family at time of child's death. It is not known where he is buried but he was most likely born in Kansas, however they were in Granada, Colo. when the father Charles B. Feast was shot and killed in a saloon by a rancher Frank Session and Charles brother George was also shot but lived, by either Frank or his brother Jim. Could it be that George lived their and Charles and Clara were visiting?
Could it be she had little Charlie there as well?

And footnote, why did amily take Charles B. Feast all the way to Burns, Oregon to be buried when that was a good long journey with a dead body?

His mother Clara went on to marry Dr. W. E. Ashley of Belvidere, Ks. after his death between 1900 and 1910 living in Canon City, Colo, she once more remarried to a Mr. Linholm according to an article on Richard Ashley death notice. It is not known from there what became of her but his article said she resided in Victor, Colo.

Charlie had two half siblings, Cora Ashley and Richard Ashley. Cora married a man by the name of Brown.
