No local services are planned for Elizabeth Ann Battistoni, 90, of Reeds Spring. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Nov. 7, 2014, at Queen of Heaven Chapel in Hillside Ill. Cremation was under the direction of Stumpff Funeral Home-South in Kimberling City.
She died Oct. 31, 2014.
Elizabeth was born Jan. 1, 1924, in Clarksdale, Miss., daughter of Joseph and Albina Marchetti Borgognoni. She had been a resident of the area since 2001 coming from Chicago. She worked as a waitress for a catering business. She was a member of Our Lady of the Cove Catholic Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband John Battistoni; her parents; three brothers; and three sisters.
Survivors include son John Battistoni Jr. and his wife Jan, of Reeds Spring; sisters Carrie Belvedresi, of Clarksdale, Miss., Mary Belvedresi, of Pinebluff, Ark.; three grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
