Kathleen was born in Madison, WI on February 1, 1953, to the late Robert and Eileen (Preston) Williams. She graduated from Webb High School in 1971 and enrolled at the University of Wisconsin. After raising two boys with her former husband, Joseph Pasquarella, she furthered her education at Chestnut Hill College and graduated from Gwynedd Mercy College in 1996. During her 18 year vocation in geriatric nursing, Kathleen served the needs of countless people in their twilight years.
Kathleen spent the last years of her life celebrating the youth of her three grandchildren, who looked forward each week to their outings with Mommom Kathy.
Her sons remember her abundant generosity in sharing her time, possessions, and compassion. She was an active person throughout her life. Kathleen demonstrated genuine concern for welfare of her family and neighbors. She was a dedicated big sister and a doting mother. In her professional life as a nurse, she showed terrific zeal in advocating for her clients. Kathy's greatest gifts will endure in their memories: her smile and laugh, her gentle spirit and generous soul.
She is survived by her sons: John (Zivile) Pasquarella of Lafayette Hill, PA, and James (Carrie) Pasquarella of Blue Bell, PA; her grandchildren Thomas, Sophia and Emily; her brothers and sisters in Wisconsin: Randy Williams, Timothy Williams, Robert Williams Jr., Kristine Simon, Sharon (Kent) Sormrud; Lynn Jefferson; thirteen nieces and nephews, twenty-seven great nieces and nephews, and many dear friends. Kathleen was preceded in death by her mother Eileen; her father Robert Williams Sr.; her sister Janis Brueggeman; her brother Dennis Williams; her nephew, Dan Simon; and many other relatives and friends.
We will honor Kathy's life with a memorial service Saturday, October 4, 2014, at 11:00 am, at Farber Funeral Home in Reedsburg. Pastor David Glesne will officiate.
