Evelyn Amore Caribou 67. Beloved wife of the late Angelo Amore, died unexpectedly 10-19-1988 at a Caribou hospital. She was born in Caribou 5-25-1921 the daughter of John and Rosella (White) Philbrook. In 1941 she married Angelo Amore, the first Jehovah Witnesses Missionary in the area and for many yrs. after her life was devoted to their church. She will be remembered by her 2 daughters, Mrs. Francis (Virginia) Churchill of Washburn and Mrs. Carroll (Brenda) Farley of Caribou, 3 brothers, Clifford of Woodland, Medrick and Freeman, both of Presque Isle, 3 sisters, Viola Bouchey of Casselberry, FLA., Veda White and Marilyn Cote, both of Woodland, 7 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband in 1985. Burial Riverside cemetery.
