Funeral services for Mr. Fred Helberg were held Thursday afternoon at the Zion Lutheran church in Fairmont, conducted by the pastor, Rev. H. Mueller, and burial was in Zion cemetery. Mr. Helberg, a pioneer resident of Fairmont vicinity, passed away at his home in Fairmont Sunday. He had been ill two weeks. Surviving him are his widow, one son, Rudolph, three daughters, Mrs. Elda Kindt of Garber, Mrs. Clarence Neihus and Mrs. Herman Durheim of Fairmont, also nine grandchildren, one sister, Mrs. Fred Reikenberg, four brothers, Chris and William of Breckinridge, and Herman and Ernest of Fairmont.
