I know it says 1883 on his tombstone, but Mart was one of a set of twins born Mar. 7,1882 Sumner Co., KS to William & Amanda Clark Bloomfield. The family was living in Chase Co., KS at the time of the 1885 Kansas State census. They later moved to Chautauqua Co. and after the death of his father went back to Crawford Co., KS. He married Minnie Anna Foreman Sep. 24,1906 in Crawford Co., KS. He and Minnie later moved to Colorado where he died. They had two daughters, Ella Nadine Ashlock & Evelyn Louise Corum.
