Audrey, the 18-months-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Byron A. McFarland, died Monday morning after a lingering illness of several weeks. The little one was taken some time ago with scarlet fever and though at times hope was expressed for her recovery, the end came at last.
The interment took place in Highland cemetery Tuesday afternoon, only a few people being present, owing to the nature of the disease of which the little one died. In their sad bereavement the stricken parents have the sympathy of the entire community.
