Annejeannette Martinez, also known as "Shorty" to her friends, has won the battle with cancer at age 18, and has gone to heaven with our Heavenly Father on March 18, 2004.
Annejeannette was born October 21, 1985 in Corpus Christi, Texas. She was homebound and previously attending Moody High School. During her illness she worked at Banda's Seafood and Panchos Restaurant. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
She is survived by her parents, Eduardo & Maria Martinez; her son, Eric Noel Hinojosa; brothers, Alfonso Garcia, Jeremy Martinez, Jason Martinez; and a sister, Adele Garcia Mendoza all of Corpus Christi, Texas.
A special thanks to Hospice, Cancer Society, special friends who took care of Annejeannette and a special thanks to her aunt Kelly Williams who stood by her to the end.
Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 20, 2004 at Corpus Christi Funeral Home with a Prayer Service to be held at 7:00 p.m. that same evening. A Funeral Service will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, March 21, 2004 at Sinai Evangelistic Center. Interment will follow at Seaside Memorial Park.
