Kosaku Nakata
Kosaku Nakata, 80, 2115 Reeves, died Friday at his home of natural causes.
Mr. Nakata was born May 2, 1881 in Shinun Cho [sic] Nigata [sic] Ken, Japan, a son of Yonehachi and Shike Suzuki Nakata. He came to the United States in 1899.
On April 11, 1919 he was married to Kiku Yokaye in Japan. She died June 4, 1941 in Oaden.
He was a member of the Ogden Buddhist Church. Surviving are two sons, Shuzo Nakata stationed with the Air Force in Germany and Kazuo Nakata, Los Angeles; one daughter, Miss Akiko Nakata, Ogden.
Funeral services will be held Thursday April 19, at 8 p.m. in the Ogden Buddhist Church with Rev. K. Ono officiating. Friends may call at Lindquist and Sons Colonial Chapel Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m. Interment will be in Ogden City Cemetery.
