have been John Tope, son of Frederick Tope. She married John Fisher 1/31/1847 in Jackson Co. IL. They lived in the Makanda area and raised eight children. Udocia was known as Granny Fisher to her extended family. She died
7/15/1921 in Herrin IL. and was buried in South County Line
cemetery, part of the South County Line Church property, in Makanda Township, Jackson Co. IL.
