I've done some research on Sir Thomas Millington memorial.

He was not the father or sister of Gershom Lockwood's first wife, who you call Ann Millington, born 1645.

Sir Thomas' WikiTree profile is here -- https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Millington-13

His daughter Ann Millington died unmarried, at England, 11 March 1743/4. She was the last of Sir Thomas children to survive. Since none of his children left issue, her estate was the subject of litigation during which considerable Millington genealogical records and information was heard. A summary of the probate case was published as "Dr. Bouchier ''against'' Horngold and Others" in Joseph Phillmore, _Reports of cases argued and determined in the Arches and Prerogative Courts of Canterbury, and in the High Court of Delegates ..._, 2 vols. (1832-33), 1:515-525; digital images, https://hdl.handle.net/2027/hvd.hntl9c?urlappend=%3Bseq=553%3Bownerid=27021597768135497-613 at _Hathi Trust_.

The research posted on WikiTree includes source materials beyond the court case. From the collective sources, we know that Sir Thomas did not marry until 1680, and that his three children were born after that date.

Said another way, Sir Thomas could not have been the father of Gershom Lockwood's first wife. Thomas Millington's daughter Ann was born and died much too late to have been Gershom's wife.
