Died in a hospital in Norfolk Va.

One of fourteen children of Joseph Kinney.

Was a teacher.

Married first to Miss Sheffield of Flushing L.I. who bore him a daughter, Miss Claire Kinney. After the death of his wife and daughter, he married Miss Mary Persons, who lived in Vermont.

Survived by his wife and one sister, Mrs. Agnes Stearns, the only living survivor of her father's family.
