Donald Gene Quillen, age 75, of Ardmore, AL passed away on November 15, 2015 at Athens-Limestone Hospital. He was born on August 29, 1940 in Wayne County, Tennessee, son of the late Coleman & Lavinia Burks Quillen. Mr. Quillen was a carpenter and a member of the Ardmore Christian Fellowship Church. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister, Edith Hensley and brother, Floyd Coleman Quillen, Jr.
Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, November 18, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at the Ardmore Christian Fellowship Church with Bro. Charles Marable and Bro. Barry Mitchell officiating. Burial will follow in Gatlin Cemetery. Visitation is Tuesday from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the Ardmore Christian Fellowship Church.
