Kenneth Gallien was born January 14, 1935 in Montrose, La to Eddie Gallien, Sr.
and Lillie Brevelle Gallien, and entered into eternal rest on May 4, 2015 in
West Monroe, La.

Services will be held Thursday, May 7, 2015 at The Minor Basilica of The
Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Natchitoches, La with Father Ryan
Humphries officiating. Visitation will be at the church from noon until 2:00pm.
Services and Mass will follow with burial in Fern Park Cemetery under the
direction of Griffin Funeral Home West Monroe, La.

Mr. Gallien worked at Millspaugh Drug Store in Natchitoches, La as a teenager
and later moved to Monroe, La and began a life long career with the News Star
World working there for over 50 years. He loved to hunt and shared that
enjoyment with his grandsons that all looked up to him as their HERO. He was
most known for his quiet, kind spirit and his love for the Lord. He was a
devout member of St. Paschal's Catholic Church in West Monroe, La.

Mr. Gallien is preceded in death by his wife, Ruby Gallien; his parents, Eddie
Gallien, Sr. and Lillie Gallien; his brothers, Eddie Gallien, Jr. and LeRoy
Gallien; and his sisters, Lillie Mae Basco and Al Marie Maggio.

Left to cherish his memories are his daughter, Dinah Gallien Knoblauch &
husband, Henny; his sons, Karl Gallien and Tim Gallien; five grandchildren,
Todd Sanders, Galan Roberts, Brooke Gallien, Chase Gallien and Sam Gallien; two
great-grandchildren, Tori Pittman Sanders and Cameryn Davis Sanders.

Pallbearers will be Chase Gallien, Sam Gallien, Chris Gallien, Todd Sanders,
Tyler Bennett and Dustin Bennett. Honorary pallbearer will be Mike Murray.
