Joseph L. Adcox, 79, of Terre Haute and formerly of Clinton, died at 11:30 p.m. Nov. 17, 2015, in his residence, He was born Sept. 24, 1936,, in Clinton, the son of William Adcox and Mertie Coots Adcox Jones. He was a retired glass glazer from Kasemeyer Glass and Mike's Motors. He was a member of the Local 144, Teamsters, an accomplished sportsman, Pope and Young Record Book, an enthusiastic golfer at Mark's Par Three Golf Course. Joseph was a proud U.S. Marine veteran.
On Dec. 27, 1954, he married Darlene Clarkson. He was preceded in death by his parents.
