E. W. Hoover Dies After Illness of Several Months
E. W. Hoover, 66, former magistrate and prominent farmer and insurance man, passed away at his home at Walter Hill and funeral services were held at the Hoover Cemetery at Hoover's Gap.
Mr. Hoover's death followed an illness of several months.
Rev. J. T. Cotton officiated and interment was under the direction of Jennings and Ayers Funeral Home.
In addition to his wife, Mr. Hoover is survived by four children, Mrs. Ollie Harding, Mrs. Pearl West, E. B. Hoover and Mrs. R. B. Wilson, three brothers, Ollie, Harry and Eugene Hoover and a sister, Mrs. Grant Miller.
