Prayer service for Mary Elizabeth "Polly" Lodes will be held at 7 p.m. today at Holy Trinity Church in Okarche with Deacon Max Schwarz officiating. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at Holy Trinity Church with Rev. Marvin Leven officiating. Burial will be in the Holy Trinity Cemetery under direction of Huber-Benson Funeral Home

Mrs. Lodes died Thursday at Presbyterian Tower, OU Medical Center. She was born April 8, 1923, at Farmerville, La. She was a former resident of Okarche and member of Holy Trinity Church. She worked as a caregiver.

She is survived by daughters, Pamela Kay (Harvell) Alonzo of Bethany and Helen Elaine (Lodes) Heu of Oklahoma City; a brother, Bobby Phelps of El Paso; a sister, Floy Inman of Pineville, La.; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
