British Ceramic Artist. John Bennett was an artist influential in the Arts and Crafts movement of the late 1800's and early 1900's. He began his career with Royal Dalton in England, before moving to the US and opening his own studio.

The largest collection of his work is housed in the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City, but examples can also be found in many other museums and private collections including the Boston Museum, Carnegie Museum of Art, and the Brooklyn Museum.
