Mrs. Adaline Dyer Wheeler, age 78 years, passed away Monday evening at the homer of her son, Vernon Wheeler, of near Caldwell.

Mrs. Wheeler was the widow of the late Winfield Wheeler, whose death occurred some 37 years ago. She was the daughter of Dave and Emilene Wiley Dyer and was born at Caldwell where she spent her entire life in and around the community. She was a member of the Presbyterian church.

Surviving are four sons, Herman of Middlebourne, W. Va., Mark, whose address is unknown, Vernon Wheeler of near Caldwell and Clyde Wheeler of Detroit, Mich. Mrs. Wheeler was the last surviving member of a family of three children.

Burial was made in the Olive cemetery.
