Cleatus Abbott, age 35, passed away October 27 at his home in the Shaw Valley community. He was born April 19, 1956 as the son of Evelyn Dishman Abbott Smith and Oscar Edward Abbott. He was preceded in death by his father.
Survivors include his mother; his wife, Kathy Morgan Piercy Abbott; three daughters, Renee, Debbie and Brandy Abbott; three step sons, Eddie, Bobby and Jason Piercy; six brothers, Randolph, Barton, Donnie, Huey, Bruce and Lonnie Abbott; one sister, Margie Crabtree.
Funeral services were held October 30 with burial in the Rogers Grove Church Cemetery.
