Jean Jennings age 73, of 1270 Fall Branch Road, Mountain City, Tennessee passed away on December 14, 2015. She was born on April 26, 1942 to the late Cecil “Teed” Dunn and Mary May Dunn. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her former husbands, Bob Glenn and Howard Jennings, and one daughter Bobbie Jo Jennings. Jean enjoyed shopping, going to yard sales, and spending time with her grandchildren. She was a member of the Walnut Grove Baptist Church.

Survivors include: one daughter; Carol Stanley of Johns Island, SC, one son, Randy Glenn of Mountain City, two brothers: Lane Dunn and wife Mary of Mountain City, Cot Dunn and wife Shirley of Mountain City, five grandchildren: Stephanie Stout and husband Jeremy of Mountain City, Jimmy Stanley and wife Heather of Johns Island, SC, Mandy Ballard and husband Joseph of John’s Island, Brandon Glenn of Mountain City, and Kayla Jennings of Mountain City, five great grandchildren: Hannah, Rosie, Bethany, Randy Joe and Neveah, and several nieces and nephews. Special friends Muriel Payne and many more also survive.

Funeral Services will be conducted Wednesday, December 16, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. from Walnut Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Sam Icenhour officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. prior to the service. Graveside service and interment will be Thursday, December 17, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. from the Dunn Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Larry Dunn, Brandon Dunn, Victor Dunn, Ronnie Dunn, Gregg Dunn, Jeremy Stout, Joseph Ballard, Jimmy Stanley, and Russ Poteet. Honorary pallbearers will be Randy Jo Stanley, Luke Poteet, and Josh Poteet.

At other times friends may call the residence at 1270 Fall Branch Road, Mountain City, TN 37683.
