TEDWALD SKATTEBO (d. 1977)

Ted Skattebo, 74, of 4310 Delta St., Manitowoc, died Friday afternoon in the
Town of Liberty.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Monday in Faith Lutheran Church, Valders. The
Rev. Carl Peters will officiate. Burial will be in Valders West Cemetery.

Mr. Skattebo was born April 17, 1903, in the Town of Liberty, son of the late
Ole and Hada Skettebo. He was educated in Valders. He worked at Nestles for
25 years and at Kohler Co. for 15 years, retiring eight years ago. He married Alice
Sorenson May 4, 1929, in Valders. She preceded him in death in 1975. Mr. Skattebo
was a member of the Fish and Game Club, Valders Fire Dept., Manitowoc Historical
Society and the Senior Citizens of Manitowoc.

Survivors include two sons, Oley of Milwaukee and Earl of Manitowoc; three
daughters, Mrs. James (May) Mahloch of Milwaukee, Mrs. Donald (Leila) Kraney
of Mishicot and Mr. Allen (Thelma) Cayemberg of Manitowoc; a brother, Olvin
Skattebo of Valders; a sister, Mrs. Lillie Anderson of Manitowoc; 20 grandchildren
and two great grandchildren. A brother, Corty, preceded him in death.

Friends may call in Christianson-Deja Funeral Home, Valders, from 4 to 9 p.m.
Sunday and in the church from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Monday.
