PAYO IRENE "BEERS" PAYO, age 91, formally of Parma, OH, passed away at Longmeadow Care Center on Monday, August 8, 2011. Irene was born in Fallen Timbers, PA, on December 5, 1917, to parents George and Dorothy Beers. Irene was a homemaker throughout her life and she and her late husband enjoyed their association with the Parma Moose Lodge. She also liked to golf and travel with her daughter. Irene is survived by her siblings: Twila Nieleski of Cresson, PA., Marie Cartwright of Ravenna, OH, George Beers of Ravenna, OH, Edward Beers of Lakeland, FL, and Rose Reed of Ridgecrest, CA. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Michael Payo, and daughter, Patricia. Irene was also preceded in death by her siblings: Cleova Haggins of Cresson, PA., Calvin Beers of Mesa, AZ., Hazel Cherneski of Dearborn, MI., and Marjorie Frymyer of Painsville, OH.
