Ramona Lawless Nichols, 81, of 1600 Valley Drive Fieldale, VA passed away on Friday, January 8, 2016. She was born on October 22, 1934 to the late Annie Cassell Lawless and William Letcher Lawless in Fieldale, VA. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Paul Dean Nichols, Sr., and brother, Danny Lawless.

Mrs. Nichols was owner and operator of Ramona’s Ladies Fashion and graduated from Fieldale High School.

She is survived by her son, Paul D. “Nick” Nichols, Jr. and wife Connie Rakes Nichols of Mooresville, NC, sister, Mary Jane Gregory and husband Russell Gregory of Harrisonburg, VA, two grandchildren, Michael Paul Nichols and wife Jessica Nichols, and Bradley Dean Nichols.

A funeral service will be on Monday, January 11, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. with Reverend David Deisher and Reverend Dan Schelling officiating at Norris Funeral Services, Martinsville Chapel. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Monday, January 11, 2016 at Norris Funeral Services. Entombment will follow the service at Roselawn Abbey.
